We are pleased to announce that we have been appointed as structural engineer for the prestigious refurbishment/extension to the Annexe Building at the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts. The Annexe Building is located at the Avondale House site in Clapham and dates from the Edwardian era.

Sketch has been appointed as structural engineer by the Design and Build Contractor – Future Building Solutions. The scope of the project covers the refurbishment of the existing Annexe Building and the construction of a new floor/roof above the existing structure to accommodate a new theatre.
